Easy Way to Lose Wight without Exercise
The following solution is extremely useful in the process of losing excess weight and burning calories. It also boosts your metabolism and offers great results.
- 1 cup/ 237 ml/ 8oz water
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Put the water to boil and when done add the cinnamon in it. Leave it to stay covered until it cools a bit. Add the honey when the solution becomes warm enough to drink (always have on mind that the honey loses all the nutrients when added in hot water).
Consume half of the prepared drink before you go to sleep. Store the remaining half in the refrigerator and consume it in the morning as soon as you wake up.
Make sure you don’t add any additional flavors and you don’t heat the drink again. This solution is mostly beneficial when consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
